Hypoxia 2011: Dates, Deadlines and Fees

 

Overall Schedule

The 17th International Hypoxia Symposium begins with a reception on the evening of Tuesday, February 15th at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The scientific program begins 0800h on Wednesday, February 16th and continues through Saturday, February 20th. The daily schedule is the same for the four days of the meeting: scientific sessions from 0800 to 1130h, followed by a ski break from 1130 to 1600h. Scientific sessions continue every afternoon from 1600 to 1830h. The Symposium closing banquet and dance begin at 2000h on Saturday, February 20th. Because of travel distances and winter weather, most delegates arrive on Tuesday February 15th and plan to leave on Sunday, February 20th.

Abstracts

Abstracts must be submitted by midnight Mountain Standard Time, 7th January 2011. Late abstracts will be accepted with paid registration until January 20, 2011. For more information click here.

Registration

Early registration closes on 7 January 2011. Registration is available up to the start of the meeting on 15 February 2011, and daily registration is available onsite. For complete information click here.

Fees

Delegates registering by 7 January 2011 will pay $650 US, and for students $450. After 7 January 2011, those prices increase to $850 and $550, respectively. Students and fellows need to fax a letter of support (Click here for more info)
