Student/Fellowship Discount

To qualify for the student or fellow discount you must fax a letter on Department or School stationary with the signature of the appropriate Dean, Department Chair or other senior administrative faculty stating that you are a student or fellow in the program in good standing.

The letter should be faxed to +1.720.293.7722, Attention: Hypoxia

No discounts will be approved without this letter. And online registration will be
cross-referenced to received letters. Deadline for receipt of letters is
15 November 2006 for early registration, or as you register for late registration.
