Hypoxia at Chateau Lake Louise

Hypoxia has a long history at the Chateau Lake Louise. From 1985 to 1997 Hypoxia was held at the Chateau. The Chateau is a four star hotel, resort and convention facility. All of us who attended previous Hypoxia meetings at the Chateau are very excited to be going back in 2009. And for all you old timers you will be pleased to know that the pubs open and fun, and the view as stunning as ever.

The following rates cover your room, three meals banquet style with the other Hypoxia delegates, and your daily service fees. We are pleased to report that the rates have DROPPED from 2007. Additional upgrades are available for room location, size and amenities. Please note that the number of triple and quad rooms are very limited so make your reservations early.

Single: $273 Cdn night

Double: $196 Cdn night/per person

Triple: $172 Cdn night/per person

Quad: $160 Cdn night/per person

Reservations

The preferred option to reserve a room is to download a PDF form, fill it out, then email, fax or mail it to the Chateau.

You may also call the Chateau Reservations Desk (telephone +1-403-522-1830). For best service, call between 0700 and 1900hrs MST. It is best to talk to someone at the hotel, NOT someone at the national hotel's headquarters.

Also, please note that some slightly cheaper room fares are available on the internet, but they do not include meals, or daily service fees.

Meal Tickets

Meal tickets will be available for delegates not staying at the Chateau. They will be available for purchase at the Chateau's Front Desk during the conference. Purchasing meal tickets will let you join in the very social atmosphere and to listen to the evening after-dinner talks. Cost will be ~$100 Cdn per person, per day.
